About Us

We’re mission-driven, too

Why The Good Endeavor Group?

For most of my career, I’ve been drawn to organizations that exist for something bigger than themselves.

I’ve spent more than fifteen years working across education, finance, operations, and strategy, but the common thread in my work has always been the same: helping leaders build organizations that serve people well and endure over time.

Early in my career, I served as a site director for an after-school tutoring program and later taught history while serving as department head at a private Christian school. Those experiences shaped my understanding of leadership and responsibility. Schools, churches, and mission-driven organizations carry an enormous responsibility as they shape people, families, and communities.

My career later expanded into the technology startup world, where I led operational initiatives that helped scale a growing tech organization. After nearly a decade in that environment, I transitioned into advising organizations on strategy, operations, and financial leadership.

Today my work focuses on serving pastors, leaders, boards, and founders who are building organizations that are on a mission – schools, churches, nonprofits, and businesses committed to making a lasting impact.

I hold both an MBA and an MA and am an alum of the Wharton Advanced Finance Program at the University of Pennsylvania. I’m also an active member of my local church, where I teach and serve on committees. My passion is building a strong community.
